If you’re coming by car or truck, virtually all roads lead to the Javits Center. Plus, there’s plenty of off-site parking within walking distance of the venue. And, if you’re looking to burn some calories while blazing a trail to our front door, take advantage of Citi Bike, New York’s new bike sharing system. The NY Waterway is also a convenient and quick way to get to the Javits Center from across the Hudson River, and only one block from the Javits Center. Fans driving to the event will have several parking options nearby. Multiple public garages are located within a few blocks of the Javits Center, making it easy to find a spot within walking distance.
For the convenience of visitors there are three Chase ATMs located at the Center. Two are adjacent to the Guest Services Desk on the north side of the Crystal Palace Lobby on Level 3. The other is on the north side of the Level 1 Food Court.
The Javits Center operates a coat check open to all fans and exhibitors. It’s located across from the Starbucks on the Level 2 South Concourse overlooking the entrance to the Special Events Hall next to the FedEx Business Center. The cost is $7.00 per item (subject to change). You can also check briefcases, backpacks, umbrellas and luggage.
The Javits Center maintains a smoke-free campus. Smoking is prohibited anywhere on Javits Center property, including the inner roadway and Javits-owned sidewalks

3411 Garden Market - Facing the 11th Avenue entrances on Level 3 in the Crystal Palace, the 3411 Garden Market features an eclectic mix of food and beverages among its stations, including Grillocity, Harvest Bowls, Jacob’s Deli and Rustica, which offers everything from hamburgers to harvest bowls to sandwiches.
Nibble & Graze - Located in a sprawling space on Level 1, Nibble &Graze provides guests with a quiet place to relax and recharge away from the show floor, featuring popular New York-based providers Nuchas and Korilla, as well as wide range of homemade menu items such as mac and cheese hamburgers, rice bowls and chicken Caesar salads.
Fresh and Fast - Housed on the North Concourse, Fresh and Fast is the first touchless café in any convention center in the United States that offers user-controlled, checkout-free access to pre-packaged items, as well as a variety of snacks, beverages and in-house bakery items. Equipped with Amazon’sJust Walk Out technology, the new café will allow guests to swipe their credit card to enter the store, after which they can take the items they want and leave without having to check out.
Starbucks- Get your caffeine fix at one of the two Starbucks locations within the Center. Located in the Crystal Palace and on Level 2, mobile order is available at both locations.
Hudson - For quick snacks or drinks, head to the Hudson stands located in the Crystal Palace and North Concourse.
Elevators are located throughout Javits Center. Please ask a Javits Center employee or head to the Concierge Desk located in the Crystal Palace of South Javits to find the closest elevator.
Javits Center has two designated first aid stations that are open during show hours and staffed by a nurse or EMT-Ps. They are located on Level 1, 1D corridor, South Javits and Level 2, Atrium, North Javits. Additionally, the Command Center responds to all medical and non-medical emergencies. To report an emergency, please call 212-216-2222 and give your name, type of emergency and the exact location of the incident (be as specific as possible).
The Javits Center Public Safety Team manages Lost and Found services for all events held at the Center.With the help of Boomerang, a digital Lost & Found platform, we have streamlined the process of recovering lost items. Our Lost and Found office operates 24/7, and all found items are held for a designated period in accordance with our policy before being donated. You can click here to submit a request.

Both first-aid stations have dedicated space for breast-feeding, which is equipped with a refrigerator and electric outlet. The first aid stations are located on Level 1 in the 1D corridor and Level 2 in the North Javits Atrium.
